Do you accept designs from third parties?

No, all of our designs are Triune Films originals, designed by Triune Films only.

How long does it take for shirts to arrive?

Standard shipping for orders in the US takes 5-10 business days. International orders usually take 2-3
weeks to arrive depending on the destination and customs processing.

What shipping method do you use?

Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders
are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to every country around the world.
*Please note: Orders shipped outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs duties and fees levied by the
destination country.

What is your return policy?

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In general, unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15
days of delivery. A 35% restocking, service and shipping fee will be applied to all returns and exchanges. Email us with the
subject "returns" or "exchanges" to begin the process. If you want to exchange an item, indicate what size
you ordered and what you would like to exchange it for. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or
exchange to the address listed below. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for your money back or a
credit towards another purchase. If you have further questions please contact us.

When will I get my shirt(s)?

We ship all orders via USPS. Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of being received (except weekends
and holidays) and you should receive it within 3-7 business days, longer for international customers.
If you need your order sooner, please go to the contact section above and use the subject line "shipping" to
work out alternate shipping arrangements.
